It is so easy to get into a relationship and forge

It is so easy to get into a relationship and forget who we are as a separate being. The things that we did to nourish ourselves take a back seat to building a life with someone. However that can become draining if you do not take the time for you, just you. This can also happen with the other roles that we have in our life as a friend, parent, our roles at work, they can become so encompassing that we take that on as our identity. This usually leads to burnout and feelings of depression. Make sure that you make time for what is important….YOU!

Today is a work in progress day….sometimes my vulnerability feels overwhelming, some days I am the one who breaks my own heart…the question, “What would you do if you had everything you ever wanted?” The honest answer is you question it…the work in progress answer is you sit with the questions until the questions no longer matter…the mastery answer is be in joy, in the moment. Some days….progress, just looks like a fucking mess. 🤷🏽‍♀️🙃🥴
